After my first traumatic birth at a public hospital, it was wonderful to experience that things can go this way—that it’s possible to go home feeling happy and at peace after giving birth. Everyone, without exception—all of you, the operating room team, the staff on the maternity ward, and every employee at the hospital, including the cleaning lady—was very, very kind, empathetic, and professional.
